2026 RCRA EP SuperStock Victorian State Titles

Welcome the 2026 RCRA EP SuperStock Victorian State Titles being held at Bendigo On Road Radio Controlled Car Club.  All you event details can be found below and if you have any further inquiry, please contact the club via email Info@bendigorccarclub.com.au

Classes On Offer

  • ISTC Junior Sportsman

  • ISTC 21.5T

  • ISTC 13.5T

  • ISTC Modified

  • 1/12th Stock (13.5T)

  • 1/12th Modified

  • TCR (Demo)

If the spec classes fill we will drop a demo class to allow for more entries

Race Fees

  • $50 per class

  • $45 per set of control tyres

  • As per RCRA rules there is no cross entries in Touring Car classes

  • ISTC Junior Sportsman has fee entry, however, is required to purchase a set of control tyres

Event Schedule

  • Entries close - 5pm Friday 20th November 2026

  • Monday 23rd November 2026 to Friday 27th November 2026 - Track Closed 

  • Friday 27th November 2026 - Open Practice

    • Track opens 9am

    • Track closes 5pm

    • Tech inspection available 9am-5pm

The club reserves the right to move to controlled practice at any time if it becomes too crowded on the track

  • Saturday 28th November 2026  - Seeding and Qualifying

    • Gates open 7am

    • Completion of Tech inspection 7:30am onwards

    • Drivers briefing 8am

    • Concourse 8:30am

    • Seeding round 9am

    • Qualifying 11am ish

  • Sunday 29th November 2026  - Mains

    • Gates open 7am

    • Final round of qualifying 8am

    • Mains 10am onwards

Pitting

While the club does have a limited amount of gazebo’s and tables, these will be first allocated to the interstate travelers.  If you are going to need gazebos or a table, could you please let the club know so we can make sure we allocate one for you

Power Supply

  • The club has an air compressor available for use throughout the event. Individual air compressors are not permitted.

  • Given we will be drawing a lot of power, large appliances like portable air conditioning units or fridges etc are also not permitted. If you are unsure, please ask at race control

  • Please bring your own power-boards and extension leads.

Practice Meetings and Warmup

  • The club has regular race days scheduled on the from now up until the event.  Please check the website for the most up to date information on when we are running

  • The track is available for additional practice/test sessions on the days in between up until the track is closed from Monday 31 January through to the event start. Any competitor caught using the track during this period will be automatically disqualified from the event (note the facility is monitored 24x7 via CCTV).

Control Tyres and Additive

  • Control tyres for Touring Car Classes

  • Control tyres for TCR-FWD Classes

  • Control cleaner: Wurth Brake Cleaner

  • Controlled Additive: Mighty Gripper Orange

  • Racers to provide their own cleaner if they wish to use - only the control cleaner to be used in the pits. 

  • Controlled goop and cleaner will be available in the tyre prep area for qualifying and mains.  You will need to provide your own additive for practice

  • No other cleaners or additives are permitted within the pit area. If caught with these in your possession you risk disqualification from the event.

  • If you wish to clean your diff, shocks or any other part of your car with another substance, please see the race director who will provide advice on how to proceed. 

  • If you would like practice tyres they will be available from the club on practice and club days.  Practice tyres are also available form SuperStock

  • 1/12th Scale tyres and additive are open.

  • TCR class – If using cleaner and additive you must use control tyres and additive.

  • GT class - If using cleaner and additive you must use control tyres and additive.

Control tyre quantities allowed include:

  • ISTC Junior Sportsman - 1 set

  • ISTC 21.5T - 2 sets

  • ISTC 13.5T - 3 sets

  • ISTC Modified - 4 sets

  • 1/12th Stock (13.5T)- not applicable

  • 1/12th Stock (Modified)- not applicable

  • TCR - 2 set

The cost of your control tyres is a part of your entry fee.  Practice sets will be available from race control

  • The event will be run in accordance with RCRA rules which can be found here.

Catering

  • There will be a canteen available for food and refreshments Saturday and Sunday.  We are located close to APCO which have a large variety of food for practice on Friday

  • Egg and Bacon rolls will be available both Saturday and Sunday

Scrutineering

  • Motor scrutineering for all spec classes (21.5T, 13.5T) will take place on Friday.

  • We will allocate a time slot for all spec classes to come to scrutineering

  • Motors must be removed from the car and presented to scrutineering in a plastic bag with the entrant’s name clearly marked on it.

  • Rotor numbers will be checked and cans marked

  • A maximum of 2 motors may be presented for scrutineering.

  • Motors will be available for collection approximately 30 minutes later (depending on the demand at the time). 

  • All bodies and wings that you wish to use during the event must be marked.

  • Batteries will be checked to ensure they are on one of the approved lists.

  • The club scales and multimeter are available for entrants to check car weights and battery voltage. It doesn’t matter whether your personal scales or multimeter register a different weight – measurement are taken from the club provided equipment.

  • Battery temperature will be as per the RCRA rules

Code Of Conduct

  • This meet will be run in accordance with the BORRCCC Code of Conduct which is available on the club website.

  • The aim is for all drivers to have fun, we will have a zero-tolerance approach

to any poor sportsmanship, bad language, or general breaches of the code.

The track is located behind the Strathdale Park Tennis Club on the corner of McIvor Highway and Reservoir Road Strathdale
