With the Classic right around the corner, we are calling on any members that can donate there time this Saturday morning with a few jobs. Jobs will include: Mowing Wipper Snipping Filling Sand Snakes Tip Run Painting Drivers Stand (if time permits) Touch up painting General Tidy up The club does not have a lot in the way of equipment so if you see a job there that you can do and you have the right tools please feel free to bring them along!!

***WARM UP FOR THE CLASSIC*** After the last meeting was washed out we are back and ready to race. With the last race day before the RC Maker Bendigo Classic come join us for a day of racing at Bendigo Onraod Radio Controlled Car Club on the 21st September!!  With the track the best it has been in a long time we would love everyone to come and try out the new surface and layouts, also get some practice in before the Bendigo Classic!! We will be hosting Club Race Day with Kyosho, TCR-FWD, 17.5T, ISTC 21.5T, 13.5T, and Modified Classes all running! With the very high chance of rain tomorrow rather than wait for the day the decision has been made to call the race meeting off early so we can enjoy Father’s Day!! ***BY POPULAR DEMAND*** As the last day was a wash out, we thought that we would try again on the 5th Sunday of the month!! Come join us for a day of racing at Bendigo On Road Radio Controlled Car Club on the 31st August!!  With the track the best it has been in a long time we would love everyone to try out the new surface, Come and get some track time on what could be The Bendigo Classic Layout!! With Mr Grinder heading back to work there will be no major track works!!! Just a quick clean up around the track and keep the place looking loved!! Things that still need to be completed: Contcrete the inside of some curbs (Glen this one has you car/name all over it  ) Paint some exsisting curbing Red and White Rake up the leaves near the shed Blow the track down Mow/Snip the top of the track I know we have had a few working bees over the past 6 weeks to try and get the track in tip top shape for the classic so If you can spare any time at all it is appreciated but please do not feel obligated.

We are putting together a quick working bee on Saturday morning to finish up some painting and a few odd jobs.  If you can spare some time to come and lend a hand we would love to see you there!!
